Catapult is the AI account manager for service businesses. We built it because we watched great companies lose customers they never should have — and knew it didn't have to be that way.

What we saw

We watched good businesses struggle.

We spent years inside service businesses — pest control, home services, field operations. The pattern was always the same: as they grew, customer management got harder, not easier.

Follow-ups slipped. Billing conversations piled up. Good customers left because no one reached out. And office teams — already stretched thin — kept hiring just to stay afloat.

The tools they had organized the chaos. Nothing actually removed it.

What we believe

Customer care should run itself.

It should run quietly in the background — without constant oversight, without more headcount, without things falling through the cracks. The technology finally exists to make that real. So we built it.
