By accessing or using Catapult AI's customer retention platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
Catapult AI provides an AI-powered customer retention platform designed for pest control companies. Our Service helps businesses reduce churn, predict at-risk customers, and automate retention actions through integration with existing CRM systems.
Account Registration
To use our Service, you must:

- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be authorized to act on behalf of your business
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have the necessary rights and consents to share customer data with Catapult AI for the purpose of providing our retention services.
CRM Integration
Our Service integrates with third-party CRM systems. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your CRM and share the data contained within. We are not responsible for any issues arising from your CRM provider's service.
Payment Terms
Pricing and payment terms will be established in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Catapult AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catapult AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI predictions will be accurate or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from Catapult AI, including account notifications, onboarding updates, system alerts, billing notices, and support communications.
Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
